I’ve been big a fan of John Donohue’s series following the kenjustu master and student pair of Yamashita and Burke since the first book back in the early 2000s. Now In the sixth book, Burke starts down the path without his sensei while the world throws new challenges his way.

The Peak by Sam Guthrie πŸ“š was an awesome thriller that put Australian politics and our national of Canberra on the world stage beside Hong Kong. The butterfly effect was a strong part of the story that had many twists and turns and with no characters coming out untarnished.
